moonlight sonata

she opened her eyes...but she could virtually nothing.
she was surrounded by mist and silence.
absolute silence.
she could only hear the sound of her own breath.
her heartbeat.
she felt weak... and drained.
she could not even move.

"you're finally here."
a voice... gentle like a breeze sweeps through the mist to reach her.
it took her by alarm... but yet she could not who it belongs to.
then she heard footsteps... drawing near.

"what took you so long?"
she could not see who it was.
hair... silky and long like a waterfall...
eyes... glassy and deep.
he came near.

"who are you?"
that was all she could manage.
surprised even by the weakness displayed in her barely audible voice.
he grinned....

"you couldn't get to sleep? i thought i couldn't see you tonight."
he gently spoke.
and as he spoke.. she felt strange.
why is it that he could speak with such gentleness?
"who are you?" she asked again.

"you don't know me?"
he smiled... his stare never left her.
he held out his hand and gently lifted her head.

with a gentle kiss on her lips.. he smiled again.
"i'm here...because you are here."
she could not react... and could only repeat again.
"who are you?"

"i was born.. to protect you. you are safe. now sleep..."
then... he disappeared.
she could not do anything.. nor think of anything..
then her vision blurred.
then she slept.

i have no idea what the hell i'm writing here.. but if u think the guy is cool... haha.. think in the direction of Yue from Card Captor Sakura. it just so happens that he's sitting right in front of my comp as my wallpaper.
